The ideal candidate will have a customer service and hospitality background and bring genuine enthusiasm to helping our guests have a wonderful stay in Morro Bay.
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Hotel Experience a plus.
Ability to multi-task Detail oriented Good communication skills.
Must be able to work Sundays.
Responsibilities include:
Making guest reservations Checking guests in and out Handling guest complaints in a professional manner Helping with hotel laundry as needed Helping with general hotel tasks as needed including restocking linen and supply closets and common area cleaning.
