Summary:
We are looking to hire a Program Director/Manager to work in our 28 bed Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Facility located in Beautiful Morro Bay.
The perfect candidate would be someone who has experience working in the field of addiction.
Certification in Alcohol and Drug Counseling, preferred.
Someone who likes to help people; enthusiastic with great communication skills; supervisor experience; a self-starter who would thrive in a sometimes face-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Program Director / Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the detox program runs smoothly and effectively, and that it provides the highest possible standard of care to its clients.
1.
Program Oversight:
The Program Director/Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the detox program, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of program policies and procedures.

Staff Supervision and Development:
This includes hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff members, which can include physicians, therapists, nurses, and support staff.
It's their responsibility to foster a supportive, professional, and ethical working environment.
3.
Budget Management:
The Program Director/Manager oversees the financial aspects of the program, such as budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
4.
Regulatory Compliance:
They are responsible for ensuring that the program complies with local, state, and federal regulations related to substance abuse treatment.
This includes maintaining appropriate licensure and accreditation, adhering to patient privacy laws, and following safety standards.
5.
Patient Care Coordination:
They coordinate and oversee patient care, including conducting or overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress.
This also involves ensuring the physical and emotional safety of patients.

Performance Improvement:
