This position will involve customer care coordination and office assistant duties.
Schedule is 8:
30am to 5pm with a half hour lunch from Monday to Friday at our office in Morro Bay Duties include.
Answering phones Help prepare timecards for payroll.
Coordinate timecard issues and resolve with area managers.
Log customer inquiries into CRM system Call back customers to close out CRM tickets.
Help manage payroll spreadsheets, prepare reports.
Filing paperwork Other office duties may apply.
Preferred abilities Bilingual Spanish and English Familiarity with CRM systems specifically HubSpot Familiarity with phone systems such as Dial Pad Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets Job Type:
