Duties Respond to inquiries and explain all information related to permit procedures, policies and functions to the customer, over the telephone, and via email.
Fills out permit application, maintain files, spreadsheets and applications submitted.
Routing of plans and permits to appropriate City departments and staff.
Process permits that are ready for issuance; provide status updates Ensure that all permit fees have been paid to the proper city.
Pick up the permit or have the permit mail to the appropriate job.
(Sometimes Driving will be involved) Must have a valid Driver's License.
Scheduling/coordinating inspections with Pacific Heating, appropriate city, and customer Fills out all rebate paperwork, maintains files, spreadsheets and applications submitted.
Ensure that all rebate fees have been paid.
Requirements Valid Driver's License Full time HVAC experience or construction experience at least one year Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge Job Type:
