1 year Minimum Requirements At least 21 years of age with valid proof California Unarmed Guard Card Reliable transportation to and from job site Excellent oral and written communication skills Physical Requirements The ability to stand prolonged at least 8 hours consecutive per day Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Maintain personal appearance standards defined in Phalanx International's Standard Operating Procedures.
Manage breaks and lunches based on the needs of the clients.
Walk at least a half-mile continuous without needing relief.
Essential Job Functions Professional conduct and discretion at all times with the community, public and clients Know the facility and follow all standard operating procedures.
Technical skills with reporting and time tracking software's.
Maintain effective and precise communication with clients, customers, site leads, supervisors, and managers.
